Test an Atom locally against a real temporary SQLite database without a network connection or Cloudflare account. `AtomHarness` exercises migrations, lifecycle hooks, serialization, `app()`, jobs, broadcasts, WebSockets, and timers using the same `atoms/core` contracts as the deployed runtime.
