Laravel Setup Wizard for 5.3

The current features are :

- Check For Server Requirements.

Installation

First, pull in the package through Composer.

```
composer require "appoets/laravel-setup-installer":"dev-master"

```

After that, include the service provider within `config/app.php`.

```

];
