Class `UriNormalizer`
---------------------

Built on top of GuzzleHttp's `UriNormalizer` with the additional possibility to apply `realpath()` on local `file:` URIs.

This makes it easy to check whether two `file:` URIs refer to the same physical local file.

Class `FileUriFactory`
----------------------
