Normalization of PHP functions, specifically array, but will problem extend to other areas of PHP.

This (will be) similar to that of [this](http://anahkiasen.github.io/underscore-php/#readme) project or Underscore.js however with a specificity to PHP. The main difference is the notion of immutibility of the original array, however there will be other differences as well. This is currently a work in progress.
