Adds **Delete** actions to negotiable quote views and the **Admin → Sales → Quotes** grid. The module provides both a quote view button and a grid mass action for deleting negotiable quote data from the Admin.

Usage
-----

Open a negotiable quote from the **Admin → Sales → Quotes** grid. The **Delete** button appears on the quote view page when the current Admin user has the **Delete** permission.

The **Delete** mass action appears in the **Admin → Sales → Quotes** grid and deletes selected negotiable quotes. Deleted negotiable quotes also remove the base quote when no order references it.
