This repository contains the following middlewares:

- *ContentMiddleware* inject the Content-Type and Content-Length header into a PSR-7 `ResponseInterface` headers.
- *SenderMiddleware* to send a PSR-7 `ResponseInterface` headers and body.
- *FormContentMiddleware* to decode the URL-encoded content of a PSR-7 `RequestInterface`.
- *JsonContentMiddleware* to decode the JSON content of a PSR-7 `RequestInterface`.
